We always strive to provide informative material in this weekly forum that can be of benefit to our neighbors and patients from a health car perspective. However, it has come to our attention that many of you are unaware of who, what, and where we are. Several patients have confused us with Eldorado Family Practice and Dr. Becker’s office which is across the street from us in the Agora shopping center. We are two separate practices.
It is important to understand that Eldorado Family Health (EFH) is a new Primary Care medical practice, and a proud member of the La Tienda Business complex located in the La Tienda Shopping Center-Building B. We are next to Building A that houses True Value Hardware, Santa Fe Brewing Company, and several other great local businesses. We are just across the breeze way from the also relatively new Del Norte Pharmacy.
Eldorado Family Health provides Primary Care Medical services which means that we are interested in seeing patients over the long term and keeping them healthy and/or managing their chronic health care issues in order to enhance their quality of life. We will see new patients for acute issues because we understand that it is frightening when a health concern suddenly appears but in doing so we hope that you will come back and let us be your primary care provider. Our intention is to be your Health Care Home. We accept Medicare and most major insurances have accepted us.
